What we collect

• Account — your email address (Google sign-in or magic link). Google sign-in gives us your basic profile (email, name) only.
• Voice recordings — processed to create your transcript and plan, then the audio file is deleted right after processing. Transcripts and plans are stored in your account so you can see them again.
• Email drafting (optional) — only if you connect your inbox; we access it solely to triage and draft replies you review.
• Analytics — we use PostHog to measure page views and clicks so we can improve the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your recordings to train AI models.

Processors we rely on

Speech-to-text and AI processing providers, hosting (Fly.io), and payment processing (handled by our merchant of record; they receive payment details — we never store card numbers).

Your choices

Email us to delete your account and data. You can block cookies; the site keeps working.

Material changes will be noted here with a new date.
